What happens after the 14-day trial?
We'll email you three days before it ends. If you add a card, it's £25 a month from then on. If you don't, your account pauses and your data stays safe for 60 days.
Can I move my clients over from another system?
Yes. Upload a CSV, or send us your export and our London team will import your clients and future bookings for free.
How do deposits get paid out?
Deposits are taken by card through Stripe and paid into your business bank account, usually within two working days.
Does it work for spas with rooms as well as staff?
Yes. You can book treatment rooms, equipment and therapists together, so a couples massage never gets double-booked.
