Our Story

Rosa started it. We keep it hot.

In 1995, Rosa Benedetto hauled a brick oven into a narrow storefront on 5th Avenue and started selling slices to everyone who walked by. Today her son Sal runs the oven and granddaughter Gina runs the counter — and Rosa still tastes the sauce every Sunday.

Same recipe, same oak wood, same “you look hungry, have another slice.”
