From the Swiss workshop to Europe's best distributors.
We help precision manufacturers enter European markets with clear market studies, carefully vetted distribution partners and trade fair programmes that lead to signed orders.
Our 90-minute readiness review is free for Swiss and Liechtenstein manufacturers.
What we do
Three disciplines, one aim: a market that orders again.

Why Summit
An engineer's understanding, a trader's network.
Before founding Summit, I spent fifteen years in precision engineering. I began on the shop floor of a spindle manufacturer in the Jura and later led European sales for a Swiss motion-control group. I know what a tolerance of two microns means, and I know how to explain why it is worth the price.
Today I work with a small number of manufacturers at a time. I give each one direct, personal attention and stay with them from the first study through to the first container shipment.
We speak your product's language
We hold technical conversations with distributors, so you don't have to translate engineering into sales.
A network built over years
We have direct contacts with more than 400 industrial distributors and buyers across Europe.
Swiss discretion
We sign an NDA before any work begins, and we never represent two direct competitors.

Our approach
A clear path to your first order, in four steps.
A typical market entry takes six to nine months, from the first conversation to the first purchase order from a new distributor.
Weeks 1–2
Readiness review
We review your product, pricing, capacity and documentation, then agree which markets to prioritise.
Weeks 3–8
Market study
We combine desk research with interviews of buyers and distributors in each target country. You receive a written report and a recommendation.
Months 3–5
Partner search
We vet a shortlist of distributors, arrange personal meetings and support you through to a signed agreement.
Months 6–9
Launch & fairs
We plan your joint launch, trade fair presence and quarterly reviews, so the new market keeps growing.

Client voices
What our clients say.
Most of our clients are family-owned manufacturers with 20 to 400 employees, each with an excellent product and a home market they have outgrown.
“Daniel found us a distributor in Baden-Württemberg we would never have reached on our own. We received our first order within four months.”
AndreaManaging Director, spindle components, Canton of Bern
“The market study told us not to enter Spain yet. That was the most valuable advice we paid for that year.”
ThomasHead of Sales, medtech instruments, Canton of Zug
“At EMO Hannover we had 26 meetings booked before the fair opened. It completely changed how we approach trade fairs.”
