Hi, I'm Daniel Okafor.
I spent nine years building analytics teams at Ocado and a fintech scale-up. I started Clearpath because small businesses deserve the same clarity, without the enterprise price tag or jargon.
I work with owner-run companies of 5 to 80 people: shops, agencies, clinics, wholesalers, hospitality groups. You'll always deal with me directly.

Our data is a mess. Is that a problem?
That's normal, and it's exactly what the diagnostic is for. Most businesses I meet have data spread across five spreadsheets and a till system. We start there.
Do we need to buy new software?
Usually not. I work with the tools you already pay for. Where a new tool makes sense, I'll show you the cost and the payback before you decide.
Is using AI safe for our customer data?
I only recommend setups that keep personal data under your control, in line with UK GDPR. Some tasks shouldn't use AI at all, and I'll tell you which.
Do you work outside London?
I'm based in Shoreditch and visit clients across Greater London. I also work remotely with businesses anywhere in the UK.
